So...just read yet another article on why everyone fails at new years resolutions and I'm bored of it- talk about giving people an excuse to give up. 'Well, everyone fails anyway, I'm not the only one'.

Tell yourself 'giving up is not an option', 'I'm stronger than that' and if you are in need of a quick motivator, I find Eye of the Tiger does it every time!
